HTHY-0606 Asphalt Softening Point Tester

Development Background

Specifically designed for the determination of softening point of asphalt materials, this instrument is applicable to various mainstream asphalt products, including road petroleum asphalt, coal tar pitch, and liquid petroleum asphalt, accurately meeting testing needs in different scenarios. Its applications are wide-ranging, encompassing asphalt production enterprises (quality control), highway and bridge construction units (construction material acceptance), and related universities and research institutions (teaching experiments and technology development), making it a core piece of equipment in the field of asphalt material performance testing.

The instrument is equipped with a fully automated testing and temperature control system independently developed by our company. Leveraging high-precision temperature control algorithms and intelligent testing logic, it achieves automated and standardized operation of the testing process, effectively avoiding human error.   • Equipped with an external bottom heating module, the heating element is not inside the beaker, ensuring both temperature control accuracy and heating mode meet the new standards.
  • It features a 7-inch high-definition, bright, full-view touchscreen for control and display.
  • It has a magnetic oscillation stirring function to ensure uniform temperature distribution of the medium, with a controllable and stable heating rate within the standard range.
  • It employs dual control of PWM regulation and PID temperature control to precisely avoid temperature overshoot, while simultaneously displaying the heating curve in real time for full visualization.
  • Temperature control rate and ball drop detection are all completed automatically, requiring no manual intervention.
  • It includes a thermal printer for real-time printing of test results.
  • A standard thermal printer allows for real-time printing of test results, making data retention convenient and efficient.
  • It has a USB communication port for saving temperature control parameter tables; if special needs are required, network communication functionality can be added.
